■6 政策金融関係8法人については、現下の厳しい経済金融情勢に鑑み、民間金融機能の正常化への道筋を踏まえて、以下の3段階で改革を進める。
- (1)平成16年度末まで金融円滑化のため、政策金融を活用
- (2)平成17年度から19年度まで、民間金融機関の状況を見つつあるべき姿に移行する準備期間
- (3)平成20年度以降速やかに新体制に移行
Given today Japan's harsh economic conditions, the reforms concerning eight public corporations in charge of policy finance, seeing if financial functions in private sector get normalized, are going to be carried out according to the following three stages;
- 1) present to the end of FY2004
-a period to utilize them to provide financial resources flexibly
- 2) FY2005 to the end of FY2007
-a period to prepare to transform them into what they ought to be
- 3) after FY2008
-a period to transform them into new bodies
